Sandra Soyal

Originally from Eskilstuna, Sweden, Sandra grew up in the scenic countryside of Mälarbaden. She is fluent in Swedish and English and understands some Turkish.

Sandra holds a real estate degree from Sweden and became a licensed broker in 2021. With a background in real estate, sales, and hospitality, she moved to Spain in 2022 and began working in the local property market before joining Norma Franck in 2024 as Head of Sales Assistant.

Sandra currently holds the role of Head of Operations and is responsible for tracking sales performance, working with cost calculations, setting and following up on targets, and contributing to budgeting and strategic planning. Sandra also helps structure and optimize sales processes while acting as a key link between departments. Her work spans both strategic and operational support, helping ensure efficiency and alignment across the organisation.

Outside of work, Sandra enjoys spending time with her family, dining out, working out, and relaxing with a good movie. Music has always been a passion she’s had since childhood.
