Founded in Marbella in 2017, Norma Franck is an independent real estate agency representing a carefully selected collection of homes across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. We believe good real estate begins with understanding people: how they want to live, what they value and what makes a property right for them. Our role is to offer honest advice, clear communication and thoughtful guidance throughout the process.

For sellers, we combine market knowledge with strong in-house marketing to give every property its own position and direction. For buyers, we simplify the search and focus on homes that genuinely suit their needs. Local knowledge, international reach and a personal approach, without unnecessary complications.
